Looking to retire? A recently signed agreement between AFT Local 2373 and the Rowan University administration could make that possible.
Employees with at least 20 years of service and agree to retire by June 30, 2022 can get an incentive of 40 percent of their base salary. The offer for employees with 40 years service is 60 percent of base salary.
The deadline to apply to Human Resources is Jan 15, 2021. There are other requirements and details in the Letter of Agreement.
